Profoundly Blue is a concert celebrating the music of Edmond Hall, a Louisiana born clarinetist.
The title Profoundly Blue comes from the 1941 hit album which featured Edmond Hall along with Meade Lux Lewis and Charlie Christian

Remi is an exciting guitarist whose unique style draws inspiration from an eclectic mix of genres and with the trio delivers performances of the highest level. He has performed at Buckingham Palace, Montreal Jazz Festival and the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall with Jamie Cullum.

TJ is widely considered to be one of the UK’s finest jazz and blues singers.
He is also an accomplished piano player and drummer.
Backed by his group of top British musicians TJ plays his blend of music that transcends the boundaries of jazz, blues, soul, country and gospel.
His distinctive voice and stage presence brings both the band and the audience together creating an intimate and unique atmosphere.

At the festival last year Graham worked his magic and put these fine musicians together and what a band it proved to be. It was highly entertaining and therefore well deserving of another performance at the club. Their repertoire is a mixture of popular standards and special features from the talented individual members of the band.
