JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019
16th/17th/18th AUGUST

Venue:  Pershore Horticultural College
AVONBANK  WR10 3JP

Another year done and dusted and as we recover from the demands of the weekend we reflect on what a successful festival it has been. Prompted by the praise and comments flooding in we realise that again we have achieved the best we could and have delivered the best yet!

Considering that we are a small team of dedicated volunteers what we managed to achieve is humbling and to see people enjoying the sessions of various genres of jazz in the unique setting of the Pershore College we are inspired to continue to think to the future. As always there are things and issues that the weekend highlights and we need to address but with careful planning we hope to arrange another festival that we are committed to deliver

Hi Graham I’d just like to say, on behalf of my wife and myself, what a fantastic weekend of jazz you and all your fellow organisers provided for us. It was more than equal to previous festivals.
Well done and long may it continue
Roger Davies

To everyone who put in so much time and effort to give us all a wonderful weekend “Thanks”. We have been to many jazz festivals over the years including Europe & the US and I would put this year’s Pershore Festival amongst the best. The programming was very very good and the organisation was faultless. Also a very special thank you to the volunteers who were always helpful and cheerful. Thank you all.

Thank you so much for another wonderful festival. It was fab-u-lous! We had a fantastic time. The music was marvellous and we are so fortunate to have the opportunity to be able to be entertained by so many and such skilled performers all in one spot. A huge thank you to Graham, Maggie & everyone involved in organising the festival and making it so special; the music is tip-top, the organisation is so professional, the atmosphere is great and everyone so brilliant, helpful and caring. We can’t wait for next year – Andrew has booked his days off in the work diary already!
